Place of death: Following on from the previous post, here is the Google Maps image of 44 Rue de Laugier, the address I currently believe to be where Jean died. His 16 year-old son Hippolyte was with him. They had been in France around six days and the young man found himself alone, his father dead and a good two months journey, at least, from his family and home in Dubbo, NSW Australia.
