I was a little shocked just now to see that the last post I’d done here was in 2014. If you know me personally, you’ll understand why but let’s just say the pat year has seemed like the end of the world.
Fortunately, it hasn’t been – just a long hard road – and what a fitting way to see 2015 out the door than with a bottle of Le Bout du Monde from the Bordeaux wine estate, known as Domaine Serisier, created in a remarkable full circle by a descendant of Jean Emile Serisier; Richard Serisier.
It is a delicious wine and all who drank it around our family Christmas meal this season agreed – it is very good.
